Permanent jewellery (also known as soldered jewellery or forever jewellery) has officially launched at Botanical H2o!

Permanent Jewellery refers to pieces, like a bracelet, that are soldered together onto your person. They require no clasps and will stay in place in various situations, such as swimming or exercising.

Available in a variety of 14k gold filled & sterling silver chains, our experienced jewellers will use a welding method to perfectly fit your new permanent jewellery on you.

This is a completely safe and fun experience that you can come and do by yourself or explore as friendship jewellery with your loved ones to get matching pieces!

Our 14K gold filled and sterling silver chains offer a luxe feel and our attention to detail in custom fitting and arc welding creates the Permanent Jewellery experience we are known for!

BOOKING APPOINTMENTS:

We allocate 20 minutes per appointment, please arrive 5-10 minutes earlier than your booked time.

If you arrive late, we offer a 5-minute grace period and will provide you with a rescheduled booking for your appointment.

You will be required to sign a waiver form on arrival, if you are under 16, please bring your parent/guardian along as they will be required to sign the form for you.

When selecting your preferred date/time on our website, you will be required to pay a $50 deposit - please note that all deposits are non-refundable. The remaining amount will be charged at the boutique's location on the day of your appointment.

You can reschedule your appointment up to 24h prior your booked time. If you fail to do so and do not attend on the day, your $50 deposit will be lost.

Please book one 20-min appointment per person, per jewellery piece.

Extremely dissatisfied and disappointed. I got a bracelet in the middle of may this year and the chain snapped in my sleep. Had to pay to get it reweilded just over two weeks ago, only for it to snap again when I was laying in bed. I got excited when I first got one and have since gotten 4 more but now knowing they probably won’t last much longer is extremely disheartening especially since I paid so much
