Shipping

Our team is small, but we’re dedicated to creating a meaningful experience in every crystal order. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for processing and dispatch, as we put time and care into every package we send. Shipping rates are based on estimated order weight. All orders contain a tracking number. Delivery guidelines are below.

Australia

Express from $14 / 2-5 business days once dispatched Dispatching your order may take up to 7 business days during busy periods

Standard from $12 / 3-10 business days once dispatched Dispatching your order may take up to 7 business days during busy periods

International

Pricing varies according to country. Delivery can take up to four weeks through Australia Post. We will process your order within 3 to 5 business days; we are not responsible for how long Australia Post takes to deliver your item. If your parcel goes missing after delivery, please contact Australia Post directly.

In-store pick up

Live local, and don’t want to wait? Serendipity is on your side. We welcome you to visit us in person, connect with our team and immerse yourself in the experience. To collect from our boutique in Mandurah, choose pick up at check out. You order will be processed within 5 business days; we will send you an email when it is ready in store. You must collect your order within the next 5 business days.

Custom orders

We offer commissions for custom pieces, so you may add the most unique, meaningful pieces to your collection. Please contact us at contact@botanicalh2o.com.au for custom order enquiries.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept change of mind requests for store credit or exchange for a different item. You must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order, and items must be returned within 30 days. Please note the following exceptions. 

→ Discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

→ Individual items within mystery boxes cannot be returned or exchanged.

→ Items must be returned in original product packaging. They must not have visible signs of wear or use.

→ All returns must be confirmed by our team before sending them to us. Please see return steps below.

→ If your order is missing or stolen after delivery, please contact Australia Post directly.

→ Customers are responsible for verifying their postal addresses, especially when using third party payment providers at checkout. 

To initiate a return or exchange, complete the following steps:

→ Within 14 days of receiving your order, reply to your order confirmation email to request a return or exchange.

→ Once you receive confirmation that your return/exchange can be processed, include a note in your return parcel that states your full name, order number and email address.

→ We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Please communicate the tracking number to us once available.

→ Upon receiving the returned/exchanged item(s), we will process your return item(s), and you will be liable for shipping cost of the replacement to be sent out. Alternatively, once received, we can provide store credit for the item(s) (excluding all shipping costs).

We do not accept returns/exchanges in-store for all online purchases.

Additional information:

→ Customers are liable for return postage costs of items, except when faulty.

→ The return/exchange/refund process may take up to 14 days.

→ The shipping costs of the initial order are non-refundable.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds for change of mind. We offer exchanges or store credit for incorrect ordering and change of mind. See return policy above.

Cancellations

If your order is yet to be shipped, and you would like to add or swap items, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@botanicalh2o.com.au. We will edit your order prior to shipping and invoice for any price differences. Please be sure to order carefully, as we are unable to cancel your order once paid for.

Faulty items

We aim to supply our customers with the highest quality pieces and products. Due to the handmade nature of most, we understand some faults may be out of your control. We offer a 30 day warranty period to ensure perfection for each piece.

→ If you received a product you believe is faulty, please send photos to customerservice@botanicalh2o.com.au as soon as possible, so our team can assist you best.

→ You must initiate your return within the 30 day warranty period.

→ This warranty does not cover:

The loss of a product or part of a product

Failure on your part to follow provided care instructions

Chain or findings pulling/stretching

Chain breakage, unless caused by a manufacturing default
