Returns and Refunds
We understand that sometimes things don’t go as expected. Below is all the information you need regarding our returns and refunds process.
The Essentials
Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
If you’re returning part of a bundle, we’re sorry, but individual items can’t be returned or swapped out.
Custom-made pieces are just for you, which means no returns or exchanges.
Items need to be sent back in their original packaging and should look as fresh as when they arrived—no signs of wear, please!
Returns must be OK’d by us first before they come back to us. (See the steps below!)

P.S. Double-check your postal address when checking out, especially if you’re using third-party payment options like PayPal or Afterpay.
How to Return Your Order
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Email us at customerservice@botanicalh2o.com.au within 14 days of receiving your order.

Once your return is approved, include a note in your parcel with the following details:

Return the item(s) using a trackable shipping method, and share the tracking number with us once available, as we will be unable to offer store credit on items that cannot be confirmed to have reached us.

Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will issue your store credit.
Please note: We do not accept returns for online orders in-store. All returns must be sent by post.
Additional Information
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, except in cases where the item is faulty.
The return and store credit process may take up to 14 days after we receive your items.
Shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind. However, we are happy to provide store credit for incorrect ordering or if you change your mind.
