⏱ Appointment Details:

• Each appointment runs for 15 minutes

• Please arrive 5–10 minutes early

• Late arrivals: 5-minute grace period, then reschedule required

• One booking per person, per piece

💳 Deposit:

• A $50 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.

• The remaining amount will be charged at the boutique's location on the day of your appointment.

• Remaining balance is paid in-store

• Appointments can be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance

⚠️ Permanent jewellery is not recommended for anyone with a pacemaker due to the welding process.
