Love the look of this charm necklace, sometimes I find the clasp a little difficult to undo on my own, however I get so many comments about how it looks and I really do feel the energy from the crystal

When my necklace didn’t arrive via post and I couldn’t track it further , I tried making cotact with the courier’s. Not having much luck I contacted Botanical direct, they answered the email straight away, were in contact with the courier , when they had no answer from courier in 24 hours they shipped another one to me the following day.
