During the Black Friday Sale Period, we experience a high volume of orders. Please allow 10 - 14 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched.

Once an order has been placed, we are unable to make changes, cancel, or combine multiple orders.

Discount codes cannot be used during a sale period unless stated otherwise.

If an item you purchased becomes unavailable, we will contact you with alternative options or a refund.

Mystery prizes are included in randomly selected orders at our discretion.
Gift With Purchase

Any gift with purchase (GWP) offers will be limited to one per order, and only available once the qualifying spend has been met.

Our gift with purchase (GWP) is one size only and cannot be exchanged or returned. Please note that as a complimentary item, sizing may vary slightly and is not eligible for adjustment, refund, or replacement.
Golden Ticket Giveaway
- Valid for purchases made on Day 2 (19th of November) of our BFCM Sale only.
- Five Golden Tickets each valued at $500 to spend at Botanical H2o, will be placed in Five random orders.
- Every order placed on this day automatically qualifies - no minimum spend required.
- Winners will be selected at random and notified via the Golden Ticket in their order.
- Store credit from a Golden Ticket has no expiry date and can be used online or in-store.
- Golden Tickets are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Refund Order Giveaway
- Valid for purchases made on Day 4 (21st of November) of our BFCM Sale only.
- Ten random orders placed on this day will be fully refunded, including shipping costs.
- Every order placed on this day automatically qualifies - no minimum spend required.
- Winners will be selected at random, and refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.
- Refunds are final and cannot be exchanged for store credit or transferred.
Re-Do Returns
If your parcel is lost or damaged during transit, we will replace your order at no additional cost when you check out using Re-Do. Once your parcel has been delivered and left in a safe place, it is no longer our responsibility.
Additional information
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, except in cases where the item is faulty or Re-do free returns has been purchased at checkout.
An $8 handling fee will apply for all exchanges or store credit, except in cases where Re-do free returns has been purchased at checkout.
If you purchased using a welcome or any other discount code or during a site wide sale, you will only be eligible for a store credit or exchange.
The return/exchange/refund process may take up to 14 days.
The shipping costs of the initial order are non-refundable.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind, we offer store credit for incorrect ordering and change of mind. See Return Policy.
**Please Note that individual pieces from the Advent Calendar cannot be returned or exchanged. The Advent Calendar may only be returned as a complete set, in its original condition and packaging, for store credit only. If you choose to return your Advent Calendar, our team will carefully inspect it upon arrival to ensure it meets our return standards. Once reviewed, we’ll determine whether it qualifies for an exchange.**
Faulty items
We aim to supply our customers with the highest quality pieces and products. Due to the handmade nature of most, we understand some faults may be out of your control.
We offer a 30 day warranty period to ensure perfection for each piece.
If you received a product you believe is faulty, please send photos to customerservice@botanicalh2o.com.au as soon as possible.
You must initiate your return within the 30 day warranty period.
This warranty does not cover:
- The loss of a product or part of a product
- Failure on your part to follow the provided care instructions
- Chain or findings pulling/stretching
- Chain breakage, unless caused by a manufacturing default
